PURPOSE OF DESIGN
The MX-300 Baked Extruder incorporates simplicity of design, ease of operation and the Maddox guarantee of quality, to ensure the trouble free production of baked collets.
CHARACTERISTICS Production Capacity: Up to 225 lbs/hr
(102 kg/hr) of raw corn curls. The capacity of the extruder varies with the size and shape of product produced. These shapes include curls, balls, rings, wheels, tubes, chips and sticks.
Ingredients: Degerminated corn meal, degerminated corn grits, rice meal, broken rice, bulgar wheat and mixtures of potato, bean and peanut grits are typically used.
Extruder Characteristics: The MX-300 Extruder has a painted steel frame, a 275lb. capacity stainless steel hopper and a control panel. Machine is wired per the customer’s electrical specifications. A swing-away knife table provides ease of cleaning and adjusting.
