PURPOSE OF DESIGN
The MX-300i Baked Extruder incorporates the simplicity of design, ease of operation and the Maddox guarantee of quality, to ensure the trouble free production of baked collets.
Production Capacity: MX-300i up to 300 lbs/hr (136 kg/hr) of raw corn curls and up to 400 lbs/hr finished product. The capacity of the extruder varies with the size, shape and type of raw materials used.
Ingredients: Degerminated corn meal, degerminated corn grits, rice meal, broken rice, bulgar wheat and mixtures of potato, bean and peanut grits are typically used.
Extruder Characteristics: The MX-300i has a painted steel frame, a 275lb. capacity stainless steel hopper and a control panel with inverter and digital readouts. Machine is wired per the customer’s electrical specifications. A swing-away knife table provides ease of cleaning and adjusting.
