This system consists of a centrifugal separator rated for full flow of the circulation system. Cooking oil is filtered continuously, with particles as small as 70 microns being purged through a bag filter with 200 mesh bag. The filtered oil is returned to the drum fines removal system. The unit is complete with painted frame and platform.
