This extruder is a purpose-designed machine for extruding corn masa into ribbons and slicing them to length for frying. The extruder is complete with a stainless steel frame, loading cylinder, and die assembly. The extruder comes with a stainless steel table built on to roll the masa into loaves. A self contained hydraulic system is installed along with a complete control panel. The extruder can handle up to 1000 lb/hr finished product, comes with two dies (regular and king size) and is ready to operate. The extruder is on lock down casters so that it can easily be rolled to and away from the fryer as needed.
