An all stainless steel constructed drum corn washer featuring a 16" diameter tumbler. A receiving hopper contains an auger to meter the corn into the tumbler. Transfer water is removed before the tumbler by a screen. A 3 hp booster pump supplies high pressure water to the spray bar mounted in the center of the tumbler. A stainless steel framework supports the washer assembly and solids removal tank. A 24" wide by 14' long stainless steel conveyor designed for mounting under the corn washer. Plastic belting is installed along with UHMW sideboards. A spray bar is mounted between the belts for continuous cleaning. Product dwell time is up to 8 minutes.
