A stainless steel custom control panel designed to control the corn cook operation. The circular chart recorder monitors, records and controls the corn cooking process. The water flow meters and motor actuated steam valves are supplied for the kettle. The steam valve is positioned proportionally for precise temperature control. Panel is fully assembled, wired, and tested.
