Stainless steel kettle rated at 90 PSI and equipped with a special double motion agitator. A 5 HP standard agitator drive will be installed. Nylon scrapers constantly clean the sides of the kettle during cooking. A 4" air actuated dump valve is standard along with a 2 piece hinged cover. A 300 gallon kettle will cook up to 750 lbs of corn at a time.
