A 6.5" by 15.5” wide 4 row sheeting head designed for forming masa into shapes such as triangles and rounds. This sheeter will be attached to the inlet of the oven and consisting of the following:

• Side plates constructed of 1/2" aluminum plate, machined as required and polished.
  
  
• Rollers constructed of extra-heavy wall stainless steel pipe with stainless steel forged end pieces. Front roller is grooved for 6 rows of product and shot peened. Rear roller is smooth with no plastic end pieces. Both rollers are turned straight, no contour.
  
  
• Roller advance mechanism consisting of a dual threaded adjusters and cam actuated release mechanisms. The operator has complete control of the product weight across the entire width of the sheeter.
  
  
• The sheeter is driven by the same oven drive. The rear roller is geared to follow at a pre-set ratio through out the entire speed range. By operating the rollers at a speed differential the stripping wire on the rear roller is eliminated.
  
  
• Takeout conveyor consisting of a carbon steel wire mesh belt driven with a magnetic drive system. The conveyor sideboards are constructed of aluminum plate, machined as required and anodized coated.
  
  
• One Cutter is supplied with each machine with the customers’ choice of brass or plastic.
