PURPOSE OF DESIGN
The MX-550 Loosefill Extruder incorporates the simplicity of design, ease of operation and the Maddox guarantee of quality, to ensure the trouble free production of loosefill products.


CHARACTERISTICS
Production Capacity: The MX-550 Loosefill Extruder is capable of producing product up to 525 cubic feet per hour. The standard shaped peanut is approximately 5/8” diameter by 2”long rod. Different shapes can change the output of the extruder.

Ingredients: A special pre-mixed and ready to run mixture of biodegradable material may be purchased in sealed containers to the correct moisture content.

Extruder Characteristics: The MX-550 Loosefill Extruder has a painted steel frame, a 275lb. capacity stainless steel hopper, feed conveyor and a control panel with digital readouts. All motors are driven by AC inverter control. Machine is wired per the customer’s electrical specifications. A swing-away knife table provides ease of cleaning and adjusting.
